Glatro is looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between customers, vendors, and delivery partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete and manage KYC verification for vendors and delivery partners
- Handle returns, refunds, cancellations, and related issues
- Resolve queries and concerns from customers, vendors, and delivery partners
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth order operations
- Prepare and process weekly settlements for vendors and delivery partners
- Maintain accurate records of settlements, refunds, returns, and operational activities
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution
- Support day-to-day marketplace operations and improve overall customer experience

Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English




- Comfortable handling multiple operational tasks simultaneously
- Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and responsible with financial/settlement-related tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Candidates must be based in NCR (Delhi/NCR)
