Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and ensure the smooth functioning of 15 café outlets during night operations. The role involves managing daily operational activities, monitoring outlet performance, and handling cash closing through POS systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth and efficient operations across 15 café outlets
- Monitor daily outlet performance and resolve operational issues promptly
- Handle daily cash closing for all outlets through POS systems
- Verify sales reports and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Coordinate with outlet teams to maintain operational standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and share daily operational reports with management
- Address any discrepancies in cash or billing during closing

Requirements

- Any Bachelor’s Degree




- Experience in operations or retail/food & beverage industry preferred
- Good knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and work under pressure
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts

Preferred Skills

- Experience in café or restaurant operations
- Basic Excel/reporting knowledge
- Team handling and coordination ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
