Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Executive – Air Freight to manage end-to-end air import and export operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding,



solid documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with airlines, Customs House Agents (CHA), customers, and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Air Import & Export shipments.
- Coordinate with airlines, IATA agents, and CHA for smooth shipment movement.
- Manage airline space bookings and shipment schedules.
- Prepare and verify AWB, HAWB, MAWB, Shipping Bills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other customs documents.
- Send pre-alerts and shipment documents to destination offices and overseas agents.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, airline requirements, and company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update ERP/TMS systems.
