About CleverBooks

CleverBooks is a growing SaaS company building software for e-commerce businesses, with a focus on reconciliation, reporting and operational workflows.

We are a lean, fast-moving team where you will get the opportunity to work closely with the founder and contribute across multiple areas of the business.

What you will do

- Manage day-to-day client and business operations.
- Handle data, reports, imports, exports and reconciliation-related activities.
- Coordinate with clients, QA and developers to resolve issues and close pending tasks.
- Maintain client follow-ups, internal coordination and task tracking.
- Create and maintain SOPs, documentation and operational processes.
- Support marketing, LinkedIn posting and basic outreach activities.
- Build and maintain lead lists and email outreach systems.
- Support interview scheduling and basic hiring coordination.
- Identify repetitive work and build automations and workflows using tools such as n8n, email automation, AI tools and spreadsheets.
- Take ownership of new operational projects and processes as the company grows.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Automation / n8n / AI / no-code experience is a strong plus
