Role: Opeartions- Bangla/Bengoli language expert

Language: Bengali/Bangla – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the single point of contact for patients throughout their journey, from admission to discharge, ensuring a seamless care experience.
- Assist and support patients within and outside the hospital during their ongoing medical care.
- Coordinate and provide assistance during consultations, treatments, surgeries, follow-ups, and other medical procedures.
- Adapt quickly to changes in the patient’s treatment plan and coordinate the necessary actions accordingly.
- Maintain strong and cordial relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and various departments to ensure smooth patient care.




- Work closely with the Patient Relations team to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Keep the reporting manager updated on patient treatment progress and promptly report any incidents or concerns.

Must Have
- Knowledge of hospital operations and a good understanding of medical functions and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid listening and understanding abilities.
- Quick, empathetic, and proactive approach toward patient care situations.
- Fluency in Bengali/Bangla is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively with patients, doctors, and hospital teams.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
