Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of LUFM’s programs and internal processes. This role manages daily operational tasks such as scheduling sessions, coordinating with clients, and tracking program progress and deliverables.

The Operations

Associate helps maintain systems and documentation, monitors workflows, and supports continuous process improvements across the organization.



They collaborate closely with the founders and team members to ensure timely communication, effective follow-up, and high-quality customer experience. The role also includes handling inquiries, updating internal tools and records, and contributing to reporting and analytics for program performance.

Qualifications

Strong operations skills, including process organization, task management, and workflow coordination.

Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build trust and support clients professionally.

Solid analytical skills to track metrics, interpret data, and contribute to operational improvements.

Clear and responsive communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal and external stakeholders.

Comfort with remote work, digital tools, and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, project management platforms).

High level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment.

Prior experience in operations, program coordination, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, psychology, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
