INHANSS is a colour-led, styling-first Omni Channel jewellery brand built on one idea — jewellery should take you from a workday to an evening to a celebration without you touching your wardrobe. We've grown from a small experiment into 700+ SKUs and 86+ colours, live on our own website, marketplaces and offline stores. We're still small enough that one person joining changes what's possible next month, not next year.
The role, honestly
Right now, a lot of what keeps this brand running — Shopify updates, marketplace coordination, order and inventory tracking, catching small things before they become customer problems — sits with the founder. That worked when we were tiny. It doesn't anymore.
We're looking for someone to take that layer over completely — not as a stopgap, but as the person whose actual job this is.
What you'll own
Shopify and website operations — listings, catalogue accuracy, day-to-day upkeep
Marketplace coordination — Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart: listings, health, escalations
Orders, returns and inventory — tracked properly, not chased after the fact
Daily reporting — numbers the founder can trust without checking twice
Building the actual system this runs on, not just maintaining what exists
What you bring
2+ years hands-on with marketplace operations — specifically Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, not adjacent experience
Shopify listing experience — you've done this before, not learning it here
Comfortable owning numbers and reporting without being chased
Jewellery or fashion-adjacent D2C experience is a real plus, not a requirement
Why this isn't a regular job
There's no department to disappear into here. No five layers between you and the decision. If something's broken, you're the one fixing it — and you'll know within weeks whether what you built actually worked, because you'll watch it happen. This suits someone who's already positive at the specific, technical parts of this job and wants to own it outright — not someone looking to "wear many hats" without going deep in any of them.
