Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day platform operations, including monitoring consultations, coordinating with legal and financial professionals, and ensuring smooth user journeys from onboarding to post-consultation follow-up.

The Operational

Specialist will track key operational metrics, identify process bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and compliance with internal policies. The role involves collaborating closely with customer support, product, and sales teams to resolve issues,



streamline workflows, and maintain service-level agreements.

Specialist will also assist in documentation processes, support new operational initiatives, and contribute to creating scalable operational frameworks as Verdicto grows.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, legal and financial professionals, and platform users.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including understanding user needs, supporting conversion efforts, and collaborating with the sales team on operational aspects of client acquisition.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management and Project Management skills to manage workflows, optimize processes, and drive operational initiatives from planning through execution.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in technology platforms, legal/financial services operations, or consulting support roles.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools are beneficial.
- Comfort working with metrics dashboards and basic reporting tools is an advantage.
