We work with clients, vendors and technical teams to execute projects smoothly. We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive Operations & Admin Executive who can take care of our day-to-day coordination and administrative work.

About the Role This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. You will coordinate between clients, vendors, technicians and the internal team, ensure that tasks are followed up on time, place and track orders, maintain basic documentation and make sure that work is completed as per our defined SOPs. The ideal candidate should be someone who takes ownership, follows up without being reminded and pays attention to details.

Key Responsibilities - Coordinate between clients, vendors and technicians for day-to-day work - Schedule and coordinate technician visits and site work - Follow up with technicians regarding pending jobs and updates - Coordinate with vendors for quotations, availability, orders and dispatches - Place purchase orders as per requirements and company SOPs - Check whether the correct material has been ordered and dispatched - Track deliveries and coordinate with vendors/logistics partners - Check incoming material against the order and report any mismatch or shortage - Prepare basic estimates, quotations and order-related documents - Maintain daily trackers for orders, projects, payments, deliveries and pending work - Follow up with clients for required information, approvals or scheduling - Keep the management updated about delays,



pending tasks or issues - Maintain proper records and documentation - Handle routine administrative work and office coordination - Follow company SOPs and ensure that tasks are completed properly and on time Additional Responsibility – Social Media If you have an interest or experience in social media, this will be an added advantage.

You may also assist with:

- Instagram and other social media pages - Basic content planning - Posting project photos/videos - Creating simple posts or reels using Canva - Coordinating with the team to collect content from completed projects Social media experience is not mandatory.

What We Are Looking For - Good communication and coordination skills - Good follow-up skills - Comfortable speaking with clients, vendors and technicians - Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets - Organized and detail-oriented - Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time - Willingness to learn and follow SOPs - Takes responsibility for completing tasks rather than waiting for instructions - Basic English communication skills - Positive attitude and willingness to work in a growing company Who Would Be a Good Fit? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating and getting things done. You do not need to know everything about home automation when you join.

We will train you about our products, processes and SOPs. What matters more to us is that you are reliable, organized, proactive and willing to learn.
