The company provides end-to-end examination services, assessment services, and solutions for digital transformation. Recently, CL Educate acquired the DEX business of NSEIT. We at DEX Conduct online examinations for Government and Privat Sector examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Management: Oversee and streamline daily operations, including student onboarding, course delivery, exam management, and support workflows.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between academic, technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve escalations,



student/faculty queries, and operational bottlenecks promptly and effectively.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor key operational metrics, maintain databases, and prepare reports for management to drive data-informed decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps, suggest, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and user satisfaction.
- Technology Integration: Assist in implementing and managing operational tools and platforms (LMS, CRM, etc.).
- Content/Exam Operations: Support the preparation, validation, and delivery of exams, ensuring policy adherence and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
