Role Description The Operation Executive at VRS Universal will oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, tracking recruitment and project pipelines, maintaining operational records, and supporting process implementation and improvements. The role involves monitoring key operational metrics, assisting with reporting, and addressing operational issues in a timely manner.

Executive will also liaise with clients and candidates as needed to support recruitment, training, and consulting activities. This is a full-time, in office role based in Indore.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily activities and support process optimization.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with teams, interact with clients, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Prior experience in operations, recruitment services, or consulting environments is an advantage.
- Graduate degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
