Role Description The Operation Executive role at VRS Universal is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The role involves overseeing daily operational activities, coordinating between internal teams, and ensuring that recruitment, training, and consulting services run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include tracking workflows, maintaining records and reports, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting process improvements.

The Operation

Executive will assist in scheduling and coordination for hiring drives and training programs, resolve operational issues,



and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards. This role requires close collaboration with management, HR, and other stakeholders to support seamless delivery of services and a positive experience for clients and candidates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily processes and improve efficiency.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, prepare reports, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with teams, clients, and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic reporting; familiarity with HR or recruitment operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
