About CleverBooks

CleverBooks is a growing SaaS company building software for e-commerce businesses, with a focus on reconciliation, reporting and operational workflows.

We are a lean, fast-moving team where you will get the opportunity to work closely with the founder and contribute across multiple areas of the business.

What you will do

Manage day-to-day client and business operations.

Handle data, reports, imports, exports and reconciliation-related activities.

Coordinate with clients, QA and developers to resolve issues and close pending tasks.

Maintain client follow-ups, internal coordination and task tracking.

Create and maintain SOPs, documentation and operational processes.

Support marketing, LinkedIn posting and basic outreach activities.

Build and maintain lead lists and email outreach systems.

Support interview scheduling and basic hiring coordination.

Identify repetitive work and build automations and workflows using tools such as n8n, email automation, AI tools and spreadsheets.

Take ownership of new operational projects and processes as the company grows.

What we are looking for

Strong written and verbal communication

Good Excel / Google Sheets skills

Comfortable working with software and learning new tools

Ability to work independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Automation / n8n / AI / no-code experience is a strong plus
