Role Description The Operation and Delivery Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, responsible for overseeing daily delivery operations and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, restaurants, and delivery partners. This role includes monitoring order flows, managing delivery schedules and routes, and resolving on-ground operational issues to maintain service quality and timely deliveries.

The manager will track performance metrics, implement process improvements, and align operations with cost, quality, and efficiency targets.





Responsibilities also include collaborating with restaurant partners, guiding delivery teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting local expansion initiatives. The role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations and a strong focus on reliability, customer experience, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and program management skills, including experience in Operations Management and Program Management.
- Proficient analytical skills for interpreting operational data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication abilities for collaborating with internal teams, restaurant partners, and delivery partners.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource planning in an operations or delivery-focused environment.
- Previous experience in logistics, food delivery, e-commerce, or related operational roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, with a hands-on approach to managing daily field operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort with fast-paced, energetic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
