Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through inbound calls and email.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions to customers.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates with 6 months of relevant experience are preferred for experienced roles.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills required.

Salary Details:

- Graduate Freshers: 22,000 CTC | 17,000 In-Hand
- 6 Months Experience: 25,000 CTC | 20,000 In-Hand

Working Details:

- Girls: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- Boys: 24/7 rotational shifts | Any 9-hour shift
- Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
