Role Overview The Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst will support the Ops Excellence team by driving structured reporting, operational analysis, stakeholder coordination, and governance activities for business process operations. This role requires robust analytical skills, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for service delivery teams, support functions, clients, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based reports, dashboards, trackers, and management metrics.

- Consolidate data from multiple sources and prepare periodic business reports for leadership reviews.

- Create professional PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries, and business review decks.

- Analyze trends, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

- Coordinate with internal teams to gather, validate, and reconcile business data.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports, MIS, and performance metrics.

- Support governance reviews by tracking key actions,



risks, and operational performance indicators.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to resolve reporting issues and streamline processes.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation and process optimization.

- Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reporting guidelines.

Qualification and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline with 4-7 years of overall relevant experience.

- 2-4 years of experience in team, function, or portfolio handling.

- Experience in domestic or international voice / non-voice support within customer business processes.

- Fair understanding of transition, project management processes, operational priorities, and growth support activities.

- Location - Hyderabad.

- Shifts - rotational shifts (Predominately night shifts) and rotational offs.

- Work mode - Work from office.
