? Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Online Service Specialist with robust expertise in solar PV systems, hybrid inverters, and energy storage solutions. The role involves handling advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and coordinating with global teams to ensure efficient resolution and customer satisfaction.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for solar inverters, hybrid systems, and battery storage solutions
- Analyze system behavior, inverter logs, alarms, and real-time monitoring data to identify root causes
- Handle complex issues related to PV input, grid interaction, batteries, EMS, and power flow
- Support installers, distributors, and field engineers via tickets, calls, and remote diagnostics
- Perform detailed AC/DC analysis, fault isolation, and root cause identification
- Lead escalations and coordinate with global support teams (UK & Europe) and product engineering
- Ensure adherence to troubleshooting processes, SLAs, and documentation standards




- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Contribute to knowledge base, SOPs, and continuous process improvements

? Who Should Apply
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in:

– Solar PV systems, hybrid inverters, or energy storage systems

– Electrical systems and power electronics

- Strong knowledge of:

– Grid-tied, hybrid, and off-grid inverter operations

– Battery systems (Li-ion, BMS basics, charge/discharge logic)

– AC/DC electrical concepts, power calculations, and system design basics

- Experience with:

– Inverter diagnostics, alarms, and monitoring platforms

– Reading and analyzing SLDs and electrical schematics

– Remote troubleshooting and customer support

- Additional skills:

– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

– Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

– Ability to handle escalations and work with international teams
