Role Description The Online Sales Closer is a part-time, remote role focused on converting qualified leads into paying clients for ADYMIC’s digital marketing and AI automation services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting online sales calls and video meetings, presenting tailored solutions, and managing the sales process from initial contact to final agreement or escrow. The role involves handling objections, negotiating terms within guidelines,



maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborating with marketing and account teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

The Online Sales

Closer is expected to meet or exceed closing targets, follow structured sales scripts when needed, and provide a professional, customer-centered experience in every interaction.

Qualifications Solid Communication skills for clear, persuasive conversations and written follow-ups.

Proven experience in Closings and Deal Closure, with a track record of converting qualified leads into clients.

Customer Service skills to build trust, handle objections, and maintain positive client relationships.

Familiarity with Escrow or similar secure payment and agreement processes is beneficial.

Comfort working in remote, online sales environments using video conferencing and digital tools.

Experience with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines.

Knowledge of digital marketing, SaaS, or AI-powered services is a plus.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve performance targets.

Prior experience in inside sales, closing, or business development is preferred.
