About the Role

Aerox Industries is a leading manufacturer of aerosol products serving the automotive, industrial, and maintenance sectors. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IndiaMART Sales Executive to manage IndiaMART inquiries, convert leads into customers, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle all incoming IndiaMART leads promptly.
- Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and share quotations.
- Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and industrial buyers.




- Identify new business opportunities and generate repeat business.

Required Skills

- Experience handling IndiaMART leads (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management.
- Good command of Hindi and basic English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, automotive products, chemicals, lubricants, or aerosol products is an added advantage.
