Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Online English Mentor aligned with UK shift timings(8:30PM-2:30AM).

The Online English

Mentor will conduct live virtual classes for school-age learners, focusing on improving reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English. Daily responsibilities include planning interactive lessons, delivering engaging sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The mentor will also adapt teaching approaches to different learning styles, maintain accurate session records,



and collaborate with the academic team to refine content and teaching strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and written communication.
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring young learners in English or related subjects.
- Ability to design and deliver interactive, student-centered online lessons using digital tools and platforms.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet connectivity and basic technical proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to engage and motivate children and teenagers.
- Availability to work part time in alignment with UK shift timings, including evenings or weekends if required.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in EdTech or online teaching environments is an advantage.
