Our client is a leading FMCG company - manufacturer & marketer of premium edible oils, pulses & millets, having business across India & global markets.

Role Brief

The person will be responsible for driving the online e-commerce business of the company by handling day-to-day operations across online marketplaces, handling product listing, catalogue management, e-commerce marketing and marketplace optimisation.

The person will play a key role in ensuring product data accuracy, enhancing content quality, and maintaining a seamless online shopping experience across various e-commerce & quick commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the overall ecommerce strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage daytoday operations of the company's online store(s), including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, affiliate marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing, logistics, IT,



customer service) to ensure smooth execution of online initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, payment security, and ecommerce regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, marketplaces, and technology partners.

Desired Candidate:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or post graduate in MBA preferred.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in ecommerce management or digital retail.
- Robust knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO tools).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, resultsoriented environment.
