Role Overviews

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding, background verification (BGV), and employee documentation processes. The role ensures a smooth employee joining experience while maintaining compliance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate with candidates for joining formalities and schedules
- Prepare and share offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits
- Conduct induction/orientation sessions
- Liaise with IT, Admin, and other departments for current joiner readiness
- Ensure smooth Day 1 experience for employees

2. Background Verification (BGV)

- Initiate and track BGV checks through vendors or internal systems
- Verify candidate details such as employment history, education, and identity
- Follow up with candidates and vendors for pending verifications
- Highlight discrepancies and escalate issues as required




- Maintain BGV reports and ensure closure within defined timelines

3. Documentation & Compliance

- Collect and verify employee documents (ID proof, education, experience, etc.)
- Maintain employee records (digital and physical files)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
- Update HR systems with accurate employee data
- Support audits by maintaining proper documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree (HR or related field preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations/onboarding/BGV
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus
