Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

:

- Drive sales growth of the Bazaar Lubes portfolio and achieve volume targets through the distributor network.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
- Increase lubricant volume contribution and productivity across secondary channels through cross-selling and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, mechanics, and key customers.
- Coordinate with lubricant suppliers on day-to-day operations and business activities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, gather feedback, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute demand generation programs, storming activities, and market activation campaigns to drive sales and market penetration.
- Represent the organization at customer meets, trade events, and industry forums to strengthen business relationships and expand market presence.




- Develop and deliver product knowledge and sales training programs for channel partners and key business influencers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and territory performance, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.

General Experience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 8 to 12 Years. (Post Graduate will be preferred)
- Experience must be in lubricant business.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
