- Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced setting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication with a very strong accent and active listening skills

- Well-versed in outlook, google, and Microsoft.
