Key Responsibilities:

SFA System Management

Maintain and manage the SFA platform, ensuring system availability and performance.

Support configuration, updates, and enhancements of SFA tools in collaboration with IT/vendor teams.

Troubleshoot user issues and provide timely resolution.

Data Management & Accuracy

Ensure accurate data entry and validation for customers, products, and sales transactions.

Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity within the system.

Manage master data (customer master, distributor details, product hierarchies).

Sales Reporting & Analytics

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.

Analyze sales trends, coverage, productivity, and performance metrics.

Provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.

User Support & Training





Provide support to field sales teams on SFA usage and best practices.

Conduct training sessions for current employees and refresher training where required.

Prepare user manuals and SOPs for system usage.

Process Improvement

Identify process gaps in the current sales operations and recommend improvements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and adoption.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for sales processes.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Liaise with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and enhancements.

Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and regional managers for smooth operations.
