Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and technically competent Officer / Senior Officer - Electrical & Maintenance to support maintenance operations across our Co-Packer manufacturing facilities. The role primarily focuses on Electrical Maintenance of production equipment and utilities while also supporting Mechanical Maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted plant operations and maximum equipment uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery, utilities, and electrical systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical faults in production lines, packaging equipment, bottling machines, motors, drives, control panels, and utilities.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems & instrumentation equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and continuous improvement of production and utility equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring breakdowns.
- Coordinate with Co-Packer maintenance teams and external vendors for maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts management.




- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, equipment history, and ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and company standards.
- Travel across Co-Packer locations to provide technical support, conduct maintenance audits, and ensure smooth plant operations.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Preferred).
- Candidates with Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) background will be highly preferred.
- Mechanical candidates with strong hands-on electrical maintenance experience may also be considered.
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance and Plant Maintenance.
- Experience in FMCG, Beverage, Bottling, Packaging, Food Processing or Manufacturing industries preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned Co-Packer locations.
