About the Role

Evolve Life Sciences is looking for a motivated Office Sales & Office Administration to join our team. If you are eager to launch your career in sales, we want to meet you! In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, managing back-office operations and ensuring our processes run like clockwork.

We provide full, hands-on training in Odoo ERP and qualified sales workflows.

What You Will Do

- Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with daily back-office tasks, documentation, and routine sales operations.
- Sales Processing: Prepare and manage customer quotations within our Odoo ERP system.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and generate basic reports to keep the team informed.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed smoothly and efficiently.

Who You Are

- Qualifications: You hold a degree in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers can also apply! If you have prior experience in inside sales,



back-office administration, or customer support, that’s a great bonus.
- Communication: You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam.
- Tech-Savvy: You have basic computer literacy (MS Office/Email) and an eagerness to learn new software like Odoo.
- Logistics: You are based in or able to commute to our office in Kochi for in-person work.

Pay: ₹15,600.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
