Role Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on Community and Operations Associate to take complete ownership of our hub- our office space and the ecosystem around it. This role is at the center of day-to-day operations, ensuring the workspace runs smoothly, vendors are managed well, and the community experience is seamless.

You’ll be the go-to person for everything related to the hub-people, processes, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end operations of the hub (office building and shared spaces).
- Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, internet, pantry, and other essentials.
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the office- utilities, supplies, infrastructure, and upkeep.
- Act as the single point of contact for all hub-related needs and issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support events, meetings, and community activities.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding logistics related to workspace access and facilities.
- Track inventories, renewals, and operational expenses related to the hub.




- Proactively identify gaps and improve operational efficiency and community experience.
- Ensure the hub reflects our culture- organized, welcoming, and high-energy.

What are we looking for

- Strong ownership mindset with an ops-first approach.
- Prior experience in operations, facilities management, community management, or coworking spaces is a plus.
- Excellent coordination and vendor management skills.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems on the go.
- Clear communication skills and a people-friendly attitude.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced startup environment.
- Localites Preferred (Should know local languages)
