Position: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and other basic office support tasks.
- Assist in arranging documents, drawings, files, and office materials.
- Deliver and collect documents, drawings, courier packages, and other materials when required.
- Purchase stationery, refreshments, and other office requirements as instructed.
- Assist with basic errands related to the office.
- Keep meeting rooms, reception areas, and common areas neat and organized.
- Support the team during meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Monitor basic office supplies and inform the concerned person when stocks are running low.
- Perform other general office-support duties assigned by the management.

Requirements




- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Ability to communicate politely with staff, clients, vendors, and visitors.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Neat and presentable appearance.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be an advantage.

Working Hours Monday to Saturday: As per office timings

Sunday: Holiday
