Role Description The Odoo Functional Consultant will work on-site in Surat in a full-time capacity. The role involves coordinating with technical teams for customizations, managing testing and user acceptance, and supporting data migration and go-live activities. The consultant will provide user training, prepare clear documentation, and offer ongoing functional support to optimize system usage.

Regular interaction with stakeholders is expected to ensure that projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and continuously improved. Qualifications





Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, map processes, and design robust Odoo-based solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to conduct workshops, present findings, and support change management.

Solid understanding of business processes across areas such as operations, inventory, sales, purchasing, and HR.

Consulting experience, preferably in ERP or Odoo implementations, with the ability to advise clients and manage project deliverables.

Knowledge of finance and accounting workflows and their implementation within Odoo or similar ERP systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience with Odoo (functional configuration, module usage, and best practices) is highly preferred.

Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to energetic client environments.

Odoo certifications or prior ERP implementation experience, especially with mid-size or enterprise clients, are an advantage.
