Role Overview

OPTM Healthcare is looking for a Nutritionist to support patients in our personalized weight-management and GLP-1 programs, with a focus on healthy and sustainable weight loss and muscle preservation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct nutritional assessments and understand patient goals and lifestyle.

Create personalized diet and nutrition plans.

Guide patients on protein intake, hydration, balanced nutrition, and healthy eating habits.

Support patients during GLP-1 therapy and help manage nutrition-related challenges.

Monitor patient progress and modify plans as required.

Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure patient adherence.





Work closely with Endocrinologists and other clinical team members.

Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics.

1–3 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of weight management and clinical nutrition.

Positive communication and patient counselling skills.

Knowledge of GLP-1 therapy and muscle preservation is an advantage.
