- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of nursing staff across assigned departments.

- Ensure adequate nursing staff deployment according to patient workload and hospital requirements.

- Prepare, monitor, and manage nursing duty rosters and shift allocations.

- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance of nursing staff.

- Ensure proper implementation of nursing procedures, hospital policies, clinical and NABH protocols. Collect HMIS data and upload on HMIS website

- Monitor patient care standards and ensure safe, timely, and compassionate nursing care.

- Conduct regular rounds to assess nursing services, patient care, documentation, and departmental functioning.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and other departments for smooth patient care.

- Ensure proper maintenance of nursing records, registers, reports, and patient-related documentation.

- Monitor compliance with infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and PPE requirements.

- Ensure proper availability, utilization, and maintenance of nursing equipment, supplies, and medications.

- Identify staffing, operational,



and patient-care issues and report them promptly to the Nursing Superintendent.

- Assist in handling patient and bystander concerns related to nursing services and ensure timely resolution.

- Support orientation, training, and performance development of current and existing nursing staff.

- Ensure compliance with hospital quality standards, statutory requirements, and applicable NABH standards.

- Assist in incident reporting, investigation, corrective actions, and prevention of recurrence where required.

- Coordinate emergency situations and ensure appropriate nursing staff response and escalation.

- Monitor handover and takeover procedures between shifts to ensure continuity of patient care.

- Maintain professional discipline, confidentiality, ethical standards, and effective communication among nursing staff.

- Perform any other nursing administration or supervisory duties assigned by the Nursing Superintendent or Hospital Management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
