Role Description The Nursing Incharge at SilverCare_Eldercare is responsible for overseeing clinical care and nursing operations to ensure protected, compassionate, and high-quality eldercare services.

The Nursing

Incharge coordinates assessments, care plans, medication administration, and documentation in line with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and families to address health concerns, manage critical situations, and support recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical nursing skills in eldercare, including patient assessment, care planning, medication management,



and monitoring of chronic condition.
- Knowledge of infection control practices, safety protocols, and healthcare quality standards relevant to geriatric settings.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple residents, shift requirements, and emergency situations.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing) from an accredited institution; valid nursing registration with the relevant council.
- Prior experience in eldercare, rehabilitation, long-term care, or similar clinical environments is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work in an on-site, full-time role in Chandigarh
