Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Incharge to lead our nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily nursing operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff across assigned departments.

Ensure high standards of patient care and nursing practices.

Prepare duty rosters and manage staff scheduling.

Monitor compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and quality standards.

Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff.

Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.

Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.





Handle patient concerns and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (Registered Nurse).

Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Valid nursing registration.

Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
