Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and knowledgeable Nursing Faculty Member to teach and mentor nursing aspirants. The role involves delivering engaging lectures, creating high-quality academic content, and guiding students preparing for NORCET, and other nursing-related competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures for Nursing Competitive Exams
- Design course structures, lesson plans, and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Create high-quality academic content: study materials, test papers, PPTs, and question banks.
- Clarify students’ doubts and provide individual academic guidance when required.
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes,



and developments in the field of nursing.
- Collaborate with the content, video production, and product teams for quality delivery.
- Mentor and motivate students to achieve their academic and career goals.

Qualifications & Skills

- Educational Qualification:
- BSc Nursing or M.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory)

- Experience:
- Prior teaching experience in reputed nursing colleges/coaching institutes preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi .
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to create engaging, interactive, and student-centric learning experiences.
