The Senior

Nurse will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and standards. The ideal candidate will have robust clinical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in the IPD.

- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.

- Supervising and mentoring junior nursing staff.

- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.

- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and infection control protocols.

- Conducting regular ward rounds and patient assessments.

- Participating in continuous professional development and training programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing)



or equivalent.

- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.

- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in an inpatient setting.

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership and team management abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using hospital management software and electronic health records (EHR).
