Position Overview:

Work Schedule & Advantages (Applicable to All Roles)

- Shift Timing: US Canada Shift (Night Shift) any 10 hours shift between 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
- Work Mode: 100% Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue targets, SLAs, and KPIs
- Own performance reviews, goal setting, and productivity
- Analyze reports and publish daily/weekly dashboards
- Manage attrition, hiring coordination, and training alignment




- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and processes
- Handle client interactions, reviews, and escalations
- Implement process improvements and sales strategies
- Monitor quality, productivity, and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

- 1+ years of experience in BPO / Telecom sales operations
- Experience managing international voice outbound processes
- Telecom sales experience is an added advantage

- Client satisfaction (CSAT / feedback)
- Operational efficiency (productivity, cost control)
