As an ICU Staff Nurse at Manipal Hospitals, you will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor vital signs and patient responses continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient progress in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform nursing procedures and interventions in compliance with established protocols.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
- Maintain a protected and clean working environment while adhering to infection control standards.

Skills and Tools Required:





- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in the use of medical equipment, such as ventilators, IV pumps, and cardiac monitors.

- Knowledge of emergency response protocols and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or relevant nursing degree.
- Valid nursing license and certification in critical care nursing preferred.
