Job Title: International Non-Voice Process

Location: Hyderabad

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Non-Voice Process.

Eligibility For Freshers:

- Any Graduate
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts

For Experienced Candidates:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice or International Chat Process
- Strong written communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to resolve customer queries efficiently
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat and email.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Ensure quality standards and productivity targets are met.




- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling customer information.

Compensation

- Freshers: CTC up to 4 LPA
- Experienced: CTC up to 5 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
