Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with robust experience in bulk hiring and general staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar roles, along with expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) recruitment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
- Handle bulk hiring requirements across multiple domains
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews efficiently
- Manage C2H (Contract-to-Hire)
hiring processes
- Work on general staffing mandates with quick turnaround time
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (3?5 years)
- Strong exposure to bulk hiring and general staffing
- Experience in hiring for blue-collar and white-collar roles
- Knowledge of C2H hiring models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in any discipline
- Experience working in a staffing or consulting firm is an advantage
