Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer role based in the Pune Division. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native, ensuring robust performance and a high-quality user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and consuming GraphQL APIs, integrating AI capabilities such as RAG and LLM-based features, and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role involves writing clean, testable code, performing code reviews, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting production issues.



The engineer will also contribute to architectural discussions, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices and tooling.

Qualifications

Solid proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience building and deploying production mobile applications.

Hands-on experience with GraphQL (queries, mutations, subscriptions) and integrating GraphQL APIs into client applications.

Exposure to AI systems, including RAG pipelines, LLM integration, and agent-based architectures, or a strong interest in learning these technologies.

Solid understanding of backend and full-stack engineering concepts, including REST services, microservices architecture, and database integration.

Familiarity with software engineering best practices such as version control (Git), automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code review processes.

Ability to collaborate in an on-site, cross-functional team environment, with clear communication and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable system design is a plus.
