WE ARE HIRING – NICU/PICU NURSING INCHARGE

Location: Chembur, Mumbai

Experience: 4–8 Years

NICU/PICU Supervisory Experience: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities

Clinical Supervision

- Supervise and ensure quality nursing care for critically ill neonates and pediatric patients.
- Monitor vital signs and ensure proper management of ventilators, CPAP, infusion pumps, and other critical-care equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of patient conditions.

Staff Management

- Prepare duty rosters and allocate nursing staff according to patient care requirements.
- Supervise nursing staff and evaluate their performance.
- Ensure proper shift handovers and smooth coordination between nursing teams.

Emergency Response

- Assist doctors during emergency procedures, including intubation and resuscitation.
- Lead and coordinate nursing activities during emergency situations.
- Ensure emergency equipment and medications are readily available.

Family Support

- Counsel and communicate with parents regarding patient care and treatment plans.




- Support parents with neonatal feeding and pediatric care-related updates.
- Maintain professional and compassionate communication with families.

Quality & Safety

- Ensure strict compliance with infection-control protocols.
- Monitor proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient-safety protocols.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain high standards of NICU/PICU care.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
- Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing preferred
- 4–8 years of clinical nursing experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in NICU/PICU in a supervisory or Incharge role
- Strong leadership, communication, and emergency-handling skills.
