Mandatory Skills

* Hands-on experience with NICE CXone/Incontact

- Enterprise Telephony & Contact Center Administration
- VoIP, SIP, IVR, ACD, and call routing
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Vendor and stakeholder coordination
- Strong troubleshooting and RCA capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise telephony or contact center platforms
- Knowledge of VoIP, SIP, call routing, and ticket handling
- Exposure to NICE CXone or similar platforms is an advantage
- Valuable communication skills and willingness to learn
