The Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles by understanding their needs, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain Honda vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, phone calls, and digital enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with vehicle financing, insurance, and exchange options.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.




- Stay updated on Honda products, competitors, and market trends.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and qualified appearance.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
