- Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in Neurology from a recognized university.
Experience
- 1–2 years of clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation.
- MPT neuro freshers
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive neurological physiotherapy assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice.
- Manage patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, vestibular disorders, peripheral neuropathies, and other neurological conditions.
- Conduct gait training, balance training, coordination exercises, functional mobility training, and activities of daily living (ADL) rehabilitation.
- Utilize neurorehabilitation techniques such as task-oriented training, motor relearning, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF),
balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and functional electrical stimulation where appropriate.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding home exercise programs and long-term rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and outcome measures.
