Job Title: Field Technician

Job Responsibilities

Visit local customer locations as assigned by the company.

Collect required technical and site-related data/details from the customer premises.

Follow the location details and instructions provided by the customer/coordinator.

Coordinate with the Back Office Coordinator for assigned sites and data requirements.

The Coordinator will provide complete guidance on what data needs to be collected and the correct method of collecting it from the customer end.

Ensure that all collected information is accurate, complete, and properly recorded.

Share the collected data, photographs, measurements, or other required details with the Coordinator/Back Office team.

Report any site-related issues or difficulties to the Coordinator.

Maintain proper communication with the customer during the site visit.





Follow company instructions and the standard data collection process.

Training

A short training session will be provided at the office before deployment. The training will explain the required data, site survey process, customer coordination, and the correct method of collecting and reporting information.

Required Skills

Basic technical knowledge.

Basic computer/mobile application knowledge.

Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel to customer locations.

Ability to accurately collect and report site information.

Freshers can also be considered based on suitability.

Salary-18k in-hand, including local expense

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
