Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver live, instructor-led training to UK-based students through online platforms from our Hyderabad office.
- Teach networking concepts from beginner to advanced level, including Cisco CCNA and CCNP.
- Deliver practical training on routing, switching, VLANs, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ACLs, NAT, VPNs and network troubleshooting.
- Provide hands-on firewall training, particularly Fortinet FortiGate, with Palo Alto experience being an added advantage.
- Conduct practical labs using tools such as Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3 and EVE-NG.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to students with different levels of IT knowledge, including complete beginners.
- Conduct live demonstrations, practical exercises, troubleshooting sessions and assessments.
- Prepare training materials, lab exercises and practical scenarios based on real-world networking environments.
- Conduct demo training sessions for prospective students when required.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance and feedback.
- Keep training content and practical knowledge up to date with current networking and firewall technologies.
- Work Monday to Saturday according to the training schedule.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2 to 5 years of professional experience as an IT Trainer, Network Trainer, Technical Trainer or Networking Instructor.




- Solid practical and teaching knowledge of Cisco CCNA and CCNP.
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ACLs, NAT, VPNs and network troubleshooting.
- Strong practical and teaching experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls.
- Palo Alto firewall knowledge or training experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience delivering live instructor-led training through platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom.
- Ability to teach students ranging from complete beginners to experienced IT professionals.
- Excellent English communication, presentation and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain complex networking concepts clearly and practically.
- Experience conducting demo classes and technical demonstrations for prospective students is preferred.
- Experience with practical lab environments such as Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3 and EVE-NG.
- Must be based in Hyderabad, Telangana and willing to conduct training from our Hyderabad office.
- Versatile availability based on student batches and training schedules.
- Will be required to conduct sessions on weekdays and/or weekends depending on UK student availability and scheduled batches.
- Comfortable working with UK-based students and UK time-zone training schedules.
