Job Title: Network Administrator / Network Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Network Administrator/Network Engineer with hands-on experience in managing enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, routing, switching, and VLANs. The ideal candidate should have experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto devices and be capable of ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing network operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Configure, monitor, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Manage and support Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto network security appliances.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols.
- Create, modify, and manage VLANs to ensure network segmentation and security.
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and availability.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, latency, and security-related issues.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for circuit provisioning, outages,



and escalation of connectivity issues.
- Implement firewall policies, VPN tunnels, NAT, ACLs, and security best practices.
- Perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and disaster recovery for network devices.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration records.
- Work closely with system, security, and application teams to support business operations.

Required Skills:

- Robust knowledge of LAN/WAN networking concepts.
- Experience with Wi-Fi deployment and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with VPN technologies (Site-to-Site and Remote Access).
- Knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, STP, and network protocols.
- Experience configuring and managing Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto devices.
- Understanding of firewall policies, NAT, ACLs, and network security.
- Experience coordinating with ISPs for leased lines and internet connectivity.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
