Monitoring, administration, configuration & troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN, Network appliances (Switches, Routers and Firewalls) & Communication Links (ILL, MPLS & P2P links). Attend and resolve related issues.

- Performs daily monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, resources, systems, key processes, reviewing system, application & appliance logs, verifying completion of scheduled jobs. Take corrective action in timely manner.
- Network appliances (Switches, Routers and Firewalls) Backup & restoration.
- Perform installations, patches, upgrades, capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Support day to day network operations & drive / support Network projects
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot network equipment, perform fault and problem management
- Troubleshooting on various layers (i.e. Access, Distribution, WLAN, Perimeter layer and at MPLS end)

- Experience in Cisco & HP Switches, Fortinet and Sophos devices.
- Good understanding of structured cabling standards.
- Ensure services are maintained according to the Contract scope
- Flexibility to work on shifts and weekend/off-hours support to ensure 24/7 availability of Network Infrastructure.
