Role & responsibilities
- HT Line Operations -
Own daily operation, uptime, and output of the Sioplas Extrusion Line and MVCC Line, ensuring insulation thickness, eccentricity, and curing parameters conform to IS/IEC standards .
- Process & Quality Control: Monitor line parameters (temperature zones, line speed, screw RPM,
Preferred candidate profile 3 to 5 years in
HT/Sioplas cables manufacturing, with at least 5 years handling Sioplas/MVCC and extrusion lines
- Prior experience running Sioplas, Maillefer, or equivalent extrusion lines is essential .
CORE SKILLS
- XLPE extrusion & curing process knowledge (IS 7098 / IEC 60502)
- Shop-floor leadership across multi-shift operations
